About

For more than three decades, I have been passionate about helping learners grow in knowledge, confidence, critical thinking, and character. As an educator, curriculum developer, author, and lifelong learner, I believe that great education should do more than help students pass tests—it should inspire curiosity, cultivate wisdom, and prepare learners to thrive in the real world.

With a Master's degree in English Language Arts and Curriculum & Instruction and doctoral studies in Children's Literature, I have developed curriculum, instructional resources, courses, and educational programs for a wide variety of learners. My work combines academic rigor with engaging, student-centered learning experiences designed to make education meaningful and memorable.
